When traveling to Seefeld from Garmisch/Mittenwald via the former border crossing in
Scharnitz, no toll has to be paid because this road is a toll-free federal road. A sticker is
required to drive on the expressways in Austria (exception: Brenner Expressway).
This sticker must be placed on the windshield.
In addition to the reasonably priced 10-day sticker (EUR 9,00)*, stickers valid for two
months (EUR 26,20)* and one year (EUR 87,30)* are also available.
When driving on the Brenner Expressway and through the Arlberg Tunnel, an additional
toll will be charged.
